Submit an application. It’s fast and easy.
RN Program application
- Complete the online nursing application OR
- Download the printable RN application. Be sure to include a money order or cashier’s check for the application fee – no personal checks please.
- Currently the discounted application fee for RN program is only $50. The normal fee is $100.
LPN Program application
- Complete the online nursing application OR
- Download the printable LPN application. Be sure to include a money order or cashier’s check for the application fee – no personal checks please.
- Currently the discounted application fee for LPN program is only $25. The normal fee is $75.
In addition to the DC nursing school application, please mail the following documents in one package:
- Copy of high school diploma or certificate (not necessary if student has 24 college semester credits).
- Official transcripts1 from all accredited colleges or universities attended.
- One personal recommendation regarding academic ability from a prior school principal, dean of students, teacher or guidance counselor.
- One personal recommendation from an adult, preferably an employer or supervisor, who can provide a character reference.
- If educated outside the United States, evidence of qualifying for university admission in the foreign country – present official foreign credentials evaluation from one of the following organizations: World Education Services, Inc. (WES), or Education Credential Evaluators, Inc. (ECE).

A representative of the DC nursing school admissions office will contact you to setup a personal interview.
1 Official documents are those that are completed, produced and sealed in an envelope by the issuing institution. If the seal of the envelope is broken before reaching the Admissions Office, it is no longer considered to be official.
Ownership of Documents: The application form and any materials submitted with the application form for application to Radians College become property of the college.
Accuracy of Information: All information presented in application to the college must be accurate, complete, and honestly presented.
Specific Process: Submit all of the above items at the same time in one envelope. Request that the transcripts be mailed to you, but do not open the envelopes or they will not be accepted as official. To ensure the confidentiality of the recommendations, persons providing references should enclose them in sealed envelopes and sign their name across the sealed flap.
Visa Status for International Students: It is the student’s responsibility to make sure that his/her visa status allows the student to enroll at Radians College. Radians College is not authorized by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to change, extend, or transfer any visa status. Radians College is authorized to issue Form I-20 for student visa status to foreign students.
